Look, I hope Obama does right by this country…I don’t think he will, but I don’t want him to fail just for the sake of getting a conservative elected in four years, that’s crazy and not at all what I’m trying to get across. It bothers me that people are so quick to throw up a response without thinking first…no offense…but i feels like you just wanted to get a jab in and run. We can debate here but keep in mind the intent of this blog; which is open debate based on my posts (whatever they may be) keeping in mind I am not a journalist or a professional with regard to reporting the news – I am not. I am just a guy with an opinion, but I do, though not always, try to provide facts and sources where I feel it is merited or necessary to back up my opinions. I have found people who are in opposition to my views tend to leave out facts and any real basis for their opinions.

As if I haven’t tried to stir things up enough, put this in your think-pipes and smoke it…the new pecking order in the US is Barack Obama, a completely untested Junior Senator who espouses socialist views; Joe Biden, the human gaff machine with a track record for making racially inflammatory statements; then, my favorite Empty Vessel, Nancy “I Hate America” Pelosi, anyone needing me to explain why this is a problem needs to have their head examined…Putting her in charge would be about as good an idea as asking Red China to restructure our government so it runs more efficiently.

I know I should probably stop responding, especially at such length, but I’ve never gotten this many replies to a single post and I am eating up the attention.

If your gripe is really about the war, well I wish I had a simple answer for that one, but war is sometimes the most necessary of evils. Some cultures have refused to grow up with the rest of the world and play by the same rules. Ask yourself this as I’ve heard MANY liberals desire that we stop the injustice and genocide going on in Darfor, do you care about what happens to the people of Iraq? Is Black skin more important that brown skin? Sure they have oil, but if you’ve watched gas prices in our country over the last few years we obviously aren’t stealing it. Think, use your brain here and add up the facts…Saddam Hussein flaunted the sanctions the UN placed on him after he invaded Kuwait…he also admittedly harbored terrorists and did in fact have the yellow cake uranium needed to work up a weapon…but lets say he didn’t have that, he still had stockpiles of chemical weapons some of which he used on his own people. But you are right, a guy like that should be left alone to plot and scheme whatever he feels like. Some of us have to grow up my liberal friend and defend the free people of the world when a nutjob rises and up and threatens them. We are winning over there if you haven’t noticed, and with fewer casualties than any previous war. I know! andy casulaties is too much, but We have the finest, bravest ALL VOLUNTEER military the world has ever seen and I’m damn proud of every one of them.

Getting all worked up this morning, phew…Anyway…short story long, go out and get some facts on your own, don’t let Keith “I want to blow Obama” Olberman tell you what to think. Being smart doesn’t always equal being right. If Obama and his liberal democrat friends want freedom and opportunity then why do they all desire the return of the FAIRNESS DOCTRINE (look it up) which is the greatest attack on free speech in America in decades. it targets Radio (Why not TV?) which is medium that conservatives prefer and dominate ratings-wise. Its just another way to silence opposition and crush the free-market. This alone should send shivers down your spine…or maybe you want to live in the new Soviet Union? I get really upset when people care so little about being free, the most basic concept in American life, freedom, and we’re giving it away to the most corrupt, unscrupulous people in our country, the politicians.

I have to go now, I have to go vote for Change I can afford – McCain/Palin.
